Born and raised in South Africa, Toni's art tells the stories of the plight of women and children living in the shanty towns and rural villages of South Africa. Toni's artwork is part of the 2026 African American History Cultural Arts Celebration at the Laguna Art Museum on February 27, which will also include African Praise Music and dance with Rose Wanjiku Mwangi and Friends, Laguna Tunes, Laguna Beach High School Jazz Band and more.
