It was a busy week for the Laguna Beach City Council; Ed talks to the Mayor about important topics covered during the Tuesday regular meeting, which went until almost midnight, and the special meeting on Wednesday, including the future of Visit Laguna and the Forest Avenue pedestrian plaza.
